The Girl Generation is a programme that seeks to create grassroots-led movements that take a decisive stance against FGMC and advocate for power to be put back in the hands of girls. The movement is taking a stand against deeply entrenched cultural norms and fostering discourse that can be difficult and uncomfortable.
The goal was to create a logo that feels authentic and organic. One that can be owned by all stakeholders down to the grassroots level. One that speaks just as well in the boardroom as it does on the street. We are creating a logo that is as much at home in a well-polished marketing campaign as it is in subversive acts of activism.
